Well I finally got around to playing some hockey. What an experience! I had a blast even though my knees were shaking by the time I was done. I can easily see why there are no fat hockey players. That is a real workout! I played for about 45 minutes and was whooped by the time I finished. I’m sticking with it though. I have a lot of room for improvement though. But hey, I doubt even Gretzky was a superstar his first time out either.
